Hi, I'm Emily!
It doesn’t matter if I’m standing in a room full of 3rd graders, athletes, teachers, parents, entrepreneurs, or women in leadership; the message is always the same:
Know who you are—what makes you YOU. Trust in that, and let that be what leads you. The world truly does need your magic. Your secret sauce. Your YOUest you.
So how exactly did this message become the foundation of how I live, parent, work—truly all the things?
So how exactly did this message become the foundation for how I live, parent, work—truly all the things?
The short version is that I experienced a devastating loss two years into what ended up being a seven-year journey with unexplained infertility.
That loss forced me to take a step back and really look at how I was living my life because I realized I couldn’t keep going as I had been.
I was exhausted from pushing through, holding it all together…and waiting for everything to work out.
So I started paying attention to what I actually wanted, what felt good to me, what gave me energy…and what drained it.
That shift changed everything. It helped me stop making decisions based on what I thought I should do and start making decisions based on what felt right for me—even when other people didn’t understand or agree.
It wasn’t a poof magic wand overnight change, and at times it was really hard. But honestly, it’s what led me back to me.
There were so many things over the years that had pulled me away from myself. Stripping it back to the basics changed that. And looking back, that’s where self-trust was built.
And while I don’t believe everything happens for a reason, I do believe we can give meaning and purpose to the things that happen.
Infertility sucked. But it also helped me become who I am today. I’m a happier, calmer, more focused-on-the-sh*t-that-actually-matters kind of mom, wife, coach, therapist, and human because of it.

Infertility taught me to trust myself. Now I help women (& kids) do the same.
How I Help...
Women navigating infertility. Infertility can make you question everything. This work is about learning to trust yourself, to sift through all of the overwhelming information, and to let what feels right for you guide your decisions. (Therapy for Ohio residents only)
Women figuring out what's next. You're tired of feeling resentful and stuck in the never-ending cycle of dumb shit like laundry and dishes…and that constant feeling of guilt and never-enoughness.
This work is about reconnecting with who you are and realizing that you don’t have to keep trading one important thing for another. It’s possible to change the way your life feels without blowing everything up or your family falling apart. Together, we’ll figure out what that looks like for you.
Kids learning to trust themselves. Kids face so much stress and pressure that kids face—from state testing to youth sports to peer, family, and classroom dynamics. This work is about helping kids learn to calm their nervous system and stay connected to who they are. I want kids to learn early that they don’t have to become someone else to belong.
Whether you're 10, 35, or 55, life gets a whole lot easier when you stop trying to be who you think you're supposed to be and start building a life that feels true to you.
When I’m Not Working…
My days mostly consist of a walk, work, trying to figure out what’s for dinner, and cheering on Mac at one of his million activities.
I love the Jersey Shore (the place, not the show, a good Summer Fun Spotify playlist, and mint cookies and cream ice cream.
I’m based on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio, and I feel incredibly grateful that this is the work I get to do every day.
'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to getting to know you too.
Head to the contact form or send me a message on Instagram. I'd love to hear from you.
